In a commitment to growth, Michael Lynch progresses his career with 2020; moving from an engineering supervisor role into a sales position to strengthen the local sales force.

We wish him every success in his new role and look forward to seeing him in a suit!

Michael has developed strong relationships in his X years working for 2020 Vision in a number of service roles. In his sales role he brings a wealth of technical expertise to benefit both new and existing clients.

In his position as sales consultant, he will actively work as part of the sales team; further establishing the 2020 brand, developing new business and looking after existing accounts.

He will give free advice and guide clients through their service requirements as well as providing detailed designs for integrated security systems and coordinating new business projects and initiatives.

Mick said: “I am excited to join the 2020 sales team and experience life from the other side, as they say. 2020 Vision have an enviable proven reputation and are a premiership player in the implementation of new and easy to use digital and integrated security solutions. I’m eager to begin implementing a strategic sales campaign to bring the benefits of 2020 Vision to new major corporations and system users across the region.”

Peter Houlis, managing director at 2020 Vision said, “Michael has in-depth knowledge of the security market and is passionate about the issues surrounding the security industry. He is a strong believer in our ‘brilliance is our benchmark’ ethos and fully focused on customer care. He will be a valuable addition to our existing sales team, but a loss to our service department. Paul Martin, another long term and valued 2020 Vision employee confidently steps up to fill Mick’s previous role. I wish them both every success in their new roles”

On the service front, Paul Martin now leads the service team tasked with driving productivity and customer service to new levels. In the Service Maintenance Supervisor role, emphasis is on both improving service delivery through better use and management of 2020’s CMR system (CASH) to cut call times and increase first time fixes, and proactive accountability to customers providing call out statistics and system reports. It is comforting to report that we have already seen an increase in first time fix rate.

Multi Award winning 2020 Vision was established in the North East in 1992 and specialises in high-end integrated digital security systems providing business and enterprise in a diverse range of environments such as hospitals, casinos, universities, sports stadia, government offices and a seabird island with situational awareness advantage.
