In a commitment to growth, Michael Lynch progresses his career with 2020; moving from an engineering supervisor role into a sales position to strengthen the local sales force.

Michael has developed strong relationships in his X years working for 2020 Vision in a number of service roles. In his sales role he brings a wealth of technical expertise to benefit both new and existing clients.
In his position as sales consultant, he will actively work as part of the sales team; further establishing the 2020 brand, developing new business and looking after existing accounts.
He will give free advice and guide clients through their service requirements as well as providing detailed designs for integrated security systems and coordinating new business projects and initiatives.

On the service front, Paul Martin now leads the service team tasked with driving productivity and customer service to new levels. In the Service Maintenance Supervisor role, emphasis is on both improving service delivery through better use and management of 2020’s CMR system (CASH) to cut call times and increase first time fixes, and proactive accountability to customers providing call out statistics and system reports. It is comforting to report that we have already seen an increase in first time fix rate.
