Introducing Cisco GotoAssist to 2020 Vision


2020 Vision has invested in the future through its partnership with Cisco and Microsoft. By employing Cisco GotoAssist on our server based systems and PCs, we are now able to monitor the performance of a system, carry out updates, find faults and add to systems all from our head office in North Shields.

This reduces down time on our clients’ systems and adds security to their platforms. We can quickly assess the problem before sending an engineer, as well as further extending our service to the cameras and Network, allowing us to be proactive rather than reactive.

With the addition of the 2020 Cloud, providing CCTV as a service rather than as a capital purchase is already here. Low running costs, zero capital costs with no need for onsite engineering and fast service response from our help desk is now a reality. It also Green, with the reduction in equipment, power heat, AC, and engineer travel time, Cloud can bring CCTV into the FM roll.
